South Plains College offers several payment options.
  • Online payment in full: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, or e-check
  • Installment Contract:   Please review Installment Contract Instructions
  • By Mail:  South Plains College, Attn: Business Office, 1401 S College Avenue, Levelland, TX 79336. (Payments must be received on or before the payment deadline. Please include the student's name, last four digits of social security number or ID number, driver's licence number, and phone number on the check.)  
  • In Person:         
    •  The Levelland Campus Business Office is located in the Administration Building
    •  The Reese Center Business Office is located in Building 8 
 
 

Installment contracts are available for students online through CampusConnect. There is a $30 enrollment fee per semester. This will appear as a separate charge along with the initial payment.

Here are the steps to enroll in the installment contract.

  • Log in to MySPC using your username and password (Forgot Username / Reset Password)
  • Click on Student Campus Connect tab
  • Select Account Options
  • Select Review/Pay Account
  • Select the term, review your bill and click on Payment Plan
  • Place a check in the box and e-Cashier opens
  • Complete the Contract information and Submit

Cost of Attendance 2017-2018
 
A key element in determining financial need is determining the cost to attend a particular institution for a given period of time. The Cost of Attendance is estimated to show how much it may cost a student to attend SPC for nine months (based on 12 or more hours per semester). 
 
  • Log in to MySPC using your username and password (Forgot Username / Reset Password)
  • Click on Student Campus Connect tab
  • Select Account Options
  • Select Review/Pay Account
  • Select the term, review your bill and click on Payment Plan
  • If paying In Full, follow the instructions on the next page
  • If choosing a Payment Plan, place a check in the box and e-Cashier opens
  • Complete the Contract information and Submit
  • Students seeking Form 1098T for the current tax year should log on to CampusConnect and look for the 1098T link under Business Services.
  • You may also obtain your 1098T at www.1098T.com.
  • The SPC Business Office will mail form 1098T to your address of record by January 31.
 

Refunds are disbursed weekly (except holidays), based on when your file is completed.

Your Loan has to credit your account before you can receive your refund.

SPC's schedule is an estimate of when your funds will be sent. SPC is not responsible for any late charges or overdrafts if the refunds are not delivered on the scheduled date. We highly recommend that you wait until your funds are actually received before you begin spending them.
