Where do I go for technical assistance?
For technical assistance, please
call 806-716-2600 or go to the Help Desk at the Administration Building.
How do I access my SPC Google email account?
and click the
SPC Google Email link.
This is for students only.
What is my username?
In most cases, your username is the first initial of your first name followed by the first eleven letters of your last name and the last four digits of your SPC assigned student ID number. To retrieve your username, click on "Forgot Username" under Campus Bookmarks.
How do I change my password?
Login to MySPC and click the
link next to your name in the Welcome bar.
What if I forget my password?
You can use the
Forgot Username / Reset Password
link in MySPC. Once you retrieve your username, you will be given the opportunity to reset your password. If you continue to experience difficulties you should email
or call (806) 894-9611 ext. 3300.
Where do I go for additional information about SPC Google Email and Google Apps?
Google Apps Learning Center
provides updated information about all the Google Apps available.
How do I log off my SPC Google email?
Click your name in the upper right hand corner and select Sign Out.
Is POP/IMAP available to access my email?
No. To use POP or IMAP, forward your SPC Google email to your personal email address with POP/IMAP access.
Can I access my email on my mobile device?
You can access your email through your mobile browser. If you wish to use your mobile email app, you must forward your SPC Google Email to your personal email address with POP/IMAP access.
How do I forward the SPC Google email to my own personal email account?
Login to your SPC Google Email account
Click the setting icon in the upper right hand corner
Select Mail Settings
Click the Forwarding Link in the center of the settings bar and add a forwarding address
How do I set up my gaming device/smart tv?
Students using gaming devices or smart televisions should email the device's MAC address to IT to configure the connection settings. It is recommended to email a photo of the device's address and email to

How do I use my account for printing?
How Papercut works
Printing cost is $.05 per page.
Each student is given up to but not more than $3 (60 pages) free per week.
You can add funds of $5 or $10 at any time if you need more printing.
Funds you add do not stop you from earning up to $3 per week.
Funds added are not subject to a refund.
